If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been violated, please send your notice (“Notice”) to our agent for notice of claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement at info@findsecurityguard.com.. Include the following in your Notice:
Identification of the material on FindSecurityGuard.com that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail so we may locate it on the website;
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement declaring under penalty of perjury that the information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner; and
Your physical or electronic signature.
We may preserve or disclose your Content and information, such as email addresses, IP addresses, timestamps, and other user data, at our sole discretion. Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available Content that:
Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, or harmful to minors;
Is pornographic or depicts a human being engaged in sexual activities or exposing sexual organs unfitting for the Service;
Harasses, degrades, intimidates, or is hateful toward individuals or groups based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
Suggests a discriminatory preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or handicap;
Violates equal employment opportunity laws;
Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
Includes personal or identifying information about another person without explicit consent;
Is fraudulent, false, deceptive, misleading, or constitutes “bait and switch”;
Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;
Contains “affiliate marketing,” “link referral code,” “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or unsolicited commercial advertisements;
Advertises illegal services or the sale of items prohibited or restricted by law;
Contains software viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware;
Disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with excessive Content or otherwise negatively affects other users’ ability to use the Service;
Employs misleading email addresses, forged headers, or other identifiers to disguise the origin of Content.
Additionally, you agree not to:
Contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted;
“Stalk” or otherwise harass anyone;
Collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
Use automated means to download data from the Service without express permission; Post irrelevant Content, repeatedly post the same or similar Content, or otherwise impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
Post the same item or service in multiple categories;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in activities that disrupt, diminish the quality of, interfere with, or impair the functionality of the Service; Use automated devices or computer programs to submit Content without manually entering it.
A “Posting Agent” is a third-party agent, service, or intermediary that offers to post Content to the Service on behalf of others. Posting Agents are not permitted to post Content on behalf of others or access the Service to facilitate posting Content without express permission or license from FindSecurityGuard.com.
Sending unsolicited email advertisements to FindSecurityGuard.com email addresses or through our computer systems is prohibited. Unauthorized use of our systems may result in civil and criminal penalties.
We may charge fees to post Content in certain areas of the Service. Fees are non-refundable if Content is removed for violating the TOU. Fees for specific services, such as subscriptions or advertising, are also non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing for a specific promotional program.
We may establish limits on the use of the Service, including the maximum number of days Content is retained, the maximum number and size of postings, emails, or other Content that may be transmitted or stored, and the frequency of access. We are not liable for the deletion or failure to store any Content. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
FindSecurityGuard.com grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access the Service for personal use. This license does not include access by Posting Agents or any collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display, or derivative use of the Service without express permission. General purpose internet search engines and non-commercial public archives may use tools to gather information for displaying hyperlinks to the Service, provided they comply with our robots.txt file. Unauthorized use of the Service beyond the scope of the license granted terminates your permission to use the Service.
FindSecurityGuard.com may offer parts of the Service in RSS format for personal use, provided proper attribution is given, and use does not overburden our systems. Unauthorized use of the RSS feed may result in termination of access.
Use of the Service beyond authorized access terminates your permission or license. To collect, aggregate, copy, duplicate, display, or make derivative use of the Service or any Content for other purposes, you must obtain a written license from FindSecurityGuard.com signed by an authorized representative.

The Service is protected to the maximum extent permitted by copyright laws and international treaties. Content displayed on or through the Service is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to copyrights laws, and international conventions. Any reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works from or redistribution of the site or the collective work, and/or copying or reproducing the sites or any portion thereof to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is prohibited without the express written consent of FindSecurityGuard.com. You further agree not to reproduce, duplicate or copy Content from the Service without the express written consent of FindSecurityGuard.com, and agree to abide by any and all copyright notices displayed on the Service. Although FindSecurityGuard.com does not claim ownership of content that its users post, by posting Content to any public area of the Service, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to FindSecurityGuard.com an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute said Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, said Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses (through multiple tiers) of the foregoing. Furthermore, by posting Content to any public area of the Service, you automatically grant FindSecurityGuard.com all rights necessary to prohibit any subsequent aggregation, display, copying, duplication, reproduction, or exploitation of the Content on the Service by any party for any purpose.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FindSecurityGuard.com DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON FindSecurityGuard.com OR THE SERVICE, OR ACCESSED THROUGH ANY LINKS ON FindSecurityGuard.com OR THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTY OF TITLE TO OR DELIVERY OF ANY GOOD OR SERVICE, ANY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN ANY GOOD OR SERVICE, ANY WARRANTY THAT ANY GOOD OR SERVICE CONFORMS TO ITS DESCRIPTION OR THE COLORS, TEXTURE AND DETAIL SHOWN ON THE USER’S COMPUTER MONITOR. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FindSecurityGuard.com DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS IN CONNECTION WITH FindSecurityGuard.com OR THE SERVICE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM FindSecurityGuard.com OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, some of the foregoing disclaimers may not apply to you insofar as they relate to implied warranties.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FindSecurityGuard.com BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF FindSecurityGuard.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF YOUR USE OF FindSecurityGuard.com OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF FindSecurityGuard.com OR THE SERVICE, FROM INABILITY TO USE FindSecurityGuard.com OR THE SERVICE, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF FindSecurityGuard.com OR THE SERVICE. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH FindSecurityGuard.com OR THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON FindSecurityGuard.com OR THE SERVICE, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH FindSecurityGuard.com OR THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON FindSecurityGuard.com. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In some jurisdictions, limitations of liability are not permitted. In such jurisdictions, some of the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold FindSecurityGuard.com, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your violation of the TOU, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.
The TOU, and any additional terms to which you agree when using particular elements of the Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and FindSecurityGuard.com and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreement between you and FindSecurityGuard.com. The failure of FindSecurityGuard.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOU shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOU is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOU remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the TOU must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
You understand and agree that, because damages are often difficult to quantify, if it becomes necessary for FindSecurityGuard.com to pursue legal action to enforce the TOU, you will be liable to pay FindSecurityGuard.com the following amounts as liquidated damages, which you accept as reasonable estimates of FindSecurityGuard.com’s damages for the specified breaches of the TOU:
If you post a message that (i) impersonates any person or entity; (ii) falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity; or (iii) that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person’s explicit consent, you agree to pay FindSecurityGuard.com seventy-four thousand three hundred rupees (₹74,300) for each such message. This provision does not apply to messages that are lawful non-deceptive parodies of public figures.
If FindSecurityGuard.com establishes limits on the frequency with which you may access the Service, or terminates your access to or use of the Service, you agree to pay FindSecurityGuard.com seven thousand eight hundred rupees (₹7,800) for each message posted in excess of such limits or for each day on which you access FindSecurityGuard.com in excess of such limits, whichever is higher.
If you send unsolicited email advertisements to FindSecurityGuard.com email addresses or through FindSecurityGuard.com computer systems, you agree to pay FindSecurityGuard.com two thousand one hundred seventy-five rupees (₹2,175) for each such email.
If you post Content in violation of the TOU, other than as described above, you agree to pay FindSecurityGuard.com seven thousand eight hundred rupees (₹7,800) for each item of Content posted. In its sole discretion, FindSecurityGuard.com may elect to issue a warning before assessing damages.

FindSecurityGuard.com offers a variety of online programs (the “Programs”) as a convenience to its participating professionals and persons interested in engaging a professional (the “Consumer”) to perform or receive services (“Services”) or information about such Services.
As a condition to your use of the Programs and as material inducement on the part of FindSecurityGuard.com and its Affiliates to offer the Programs, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

If you engage the services of any Professional, all arrangements in such regard are solely between you and the concerned Professional.
If any of the above Terms of Use are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, all of the other provisions of the Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.

FindSecurityGuard.com, its Officers, Directors, Members, and Employees, as well as FindSecurityGuard.com Affiliates, shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages or other losses resulting from or relating in any manner to:

If any of the above Terms of Use are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, all of the other provisions of the Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.

Parties: This “Agreement” between “I” or “me” or the “Company” and FindSecurityGuard.com. (“FindSecurityGuard.com”, together with me, “we” or the “parties”) governs the relationship between the parties. The parties agree to conduct this transaction and permit the creation of this Agreement by electronic means.
Content: I hereby license to FindSecurityGuard.com the use of the images (including logo, products, installation photos, etc.), product catalog, and related data, such as and including product pricing, that I provide or have placed on my website (such images, product catalog, related data, the “Content”) for display on FindSecurityGuard.com and “Affiliated Sites,” including related websites, social media websites, picture hosting websites, and all other websites FindSecurityGuard.com at its sole discretion believes will provide beneficial exposure to me, and for use in emails, quote requests, and promotional materials. I may make suggestions for the best way to showcase my products or display the Content at any time, but FindSecurityGuard.com retains full discretion regarding what Content (if any) to display, how, and where. I represent and warrant that I have obtained all rights in the Content necessary for FindSecurityGuard.com to exercise the rights granted hereunder, that the Content is accurate and representative of my products, and that I will update my FindSecurityGuard.com account with any updates to the Content necessary to keep such Content accurate and representative of my products. FindSecurityGuard.com and Affiliated Sites are not responsible for any damages associated with the Content or its interpretation.
Fees:
(a) Membership: Price as stated on FindSecurityGuard.com at the time of purchase of the membership. Price remains locked in as long as membership is kept current. All payments are paid upfront at the beginning of the 30-day billing cycle. All yearly payments are paid upfront at the beginning of the 365-day billing cycle. Payments are automatically deducted from the account on file each billing cycle unless I cancel my account.
Length of Contract: This Agreement is valid up to and until I cancel my account.
Billing: In the event that a payment is due on my Membership, but my credit card on file is no longer valid or active, FindSecurityGuard.com may attempt to contact me to determine updated account information. FindSecurityGuard.com will wait thirty (30) days before canceling my membership.
Termination: I may request termination of this agreement at any time. Termination will take effect upon the end of the last day of my billing cycle. FindSecurityGuard.com may terminate this agreement at will. In the event FindSecurityGuard.com terminates this agreement early, and I am not in violation of any term of this Agreement, I will receive a prorated reimbursement for the portion of the billing cycle remaining.
